Rubbin... you might not but the wheels will stick out a pretty good amount from your fender.

Well, on the black car in the front I have 17x7.5 w/ 35mm offset and it sits about even with the outside of the fender. Now... lets do some thinking... your wheel is .5" wider so take .5 / 2 = .25" and right there if your wheel was 35mm offset the wheel would stick out 1/4" more than mine. Take into account the offset difference then which is 16mm (35mm - 19mm) and 16mm = .6299" that brings you up to about .87" farther out than what my wheels stick out which are about even with the edge of the fender
To me... that might stick out too much and not look very good
Compare that to your stock wheels which are 6" wide with 40mm offset and it'll extend out 46mm, thats 1.8 inches.
Put some stock wheels on your car and measure out 46mm. Thats where the wheels would come to.
Shouldn't rub though, it'll only be 4mm closer to the strut housing compared to stock.

Those wheels will extend outward 20mm... and they'll also extend inward by 30mm compared to stock wheels. So measure your inside clearance on stock wheels and see if you have AT LEAST 30mm... if you don't think it wont' fit... remember too, tires also extend a little farther out so even if you have just barely 30mm you still run the risk of rubbing since tires tend to be a little wider than the wheels themselves.
