I like people who BUY a 10 sec car and then brag about it. Thats like hiring someone to bang your wife and then bragging about the kid

Seriously needs a MTX.... I have nothing nice to say about ATX.
mmmm. Very nice.

ATX=Consistancy......
That car will be good for nothing but straight lines, so a manual will do you no good on the drag strip, slipping clutch, mis shifts, broken/fragged clutch disk, broken u-joints......all things that can and WILL ruin your drag times, miss a shift, you lose the race. Manuals aren't used in any pro drag car for that very reason, When you CONSTANTLY dump the clutch at even 3000rpm's, you are shocking everything down to the u-joints, and even all the driveline seals, you WILL break more parts with a manual tranny drag racing than an auto.
Autos are just WAY TOO consistant to overlook if you like straight lines.
Manuals=fun
This car is just too piggie fat to go canyon carving in, or take autocrossing. Thats what your Neon is for.

you are right but gosh manuals are fun, its pretty fat but i bet if that sucka is lowered and the suspension is beefed up a bit she could handle nicely.

I'd like the car a lot more (SRT version) if it didn't weigh 4140 pounds (100 pounds lighter then a charger), have a parts bin interior that is honestly comparable to a Neon and do a quarter mile in 13.9 all for the low low price of 38k.
I mean, the exterior looks cool and hey the cup holder is conveniently located, I guess that's a plus, huh?
I imagine people will buy them for nostalgia and everything but what then?
edit: although, this looks pretty cool

Yeah, you'll be hard pressed to get one for less than 20-25% OVER msrp for the first year, just like the original srt-4.lolelectricbluesxt wrote:http://www.dodge.com/en/2008/challenger/
