i hear the r/t slash mopar side skirts were discontinued

one more question.... how much could i pick up a set of SRT side skirts for?

its true,but you can still find them if you look,i bought the full kit on ebay about a month ago from a dodge dealer in north carolina for 200 shipped.so just look around,i dont know bout the srt skirts but i personaly think the mopar r/t style skirts look better imo,flow with the curvy body of the neon better and are worth the search.to show you how much i liked them,

i took my fiber glass combat body kit off that i had put almost a thousand dollars into for the mopar kit.

they are discontinued, but you can still get them from the dealership

sorry to threadjack but are the RT skirts and the mopar lip kit skirts the same thing

Yup, thats right.

Also, the SRT skirts are kinda hard to find in a complete set, you need the two skirt peices for each side, then a piece that goes on the bottom of each door to smooth it out.

Personally, I think the srt skirts look better with the 03+ bumpers

They used to be 79.99 shipped...or some BS like that. Nothing more than about 86 bucks I think.

i went to my local dealer and told the parts guy what i wanted and he told me to come back on a monday and there they were. like $78 or something after tax

Holy Sheep Shit Batman! I went to the dealer today and they wanted $320 for ONE r/t side skirt primed or $350 for ONE srt side skirt primed! So i said

. So who wants to sell me theirs?

Either the clearance ended on them or they haven't updated their information lately. Last I heard (back in June when I got mine) the whole kit was going for 180ish...

The reason for that is they're looking in the parts system for a replacement part... not the Mopar Accessory kit to add sideskirts to the car. The sideskirts are still being made, just not as a "kit" and instead just as replacements...

Yup, thats right.

Not entirely... the R/T sideskirts are a separate part number independent of the lip kit part. The "lip kit" is only attached to the front and rear bumpers.
