F@@@@NG FAGGOTS GET A REAL LIFE!@

That sucks man, if they don't do a refund or exchange, file a claim with paypal and ebay saying they didn't sell the item as described and you want a refund.

Oh yeah dude don't take that shit or you'll end up like me with a sand filled engine off of eBay. Take action and take it fast before you run out of time to file a claim!

I sent them an email telling them that they have an 02 grill pictured, but have it listed as an 00-01... I dunno what the deal is about that, but they never emailed me back. I think it was a scam. Good luck man, I hope you get it taken care of.

So I've been doing a lot of reading on autopia and detailers world to increase my knowledge and know how on how to -really- detail. After a lot of reading, I'm pretty sure I've compiled my list of detail products and the company I'm going to stick with. I chose Meguiar's.
The list:
- Gold Class Car Wash 64oz.
Includes 2 clay bars, Quik Wax, 4 Oz Cleaner Wax Sample, and 1 Microfiber Towel.
I think there might be a bit more haha. Honestly it's a lot of money but no matter how many sexy mods I have it will look like shit if my paint isn't perfect. After all I should show off my paint job right? Right.
As far as glass cleaner and tire shine go I use stuff made locally..works better than anything else..
Well, can't wait for spring!
The list:
- Gold Class Car Wash 64oz.
- Scratch XMeguiar's® Gold Class™ Car Wash Shampoo & Conditioner is a rich and luxurious product designed to both wash and condition paint in one easy step. The premium formula gently foams away tough dirt, road grime and contaminants without compromising wax protection. Ultra rich paint conditioners clear away debris to reveal color and clarity, leaving paint looking radiant.
- Gold Class Synthetic WaxThe most effective way to safely remove fine scratches and swirls...Now by hand OR with a dual action polisher! Our new and improved ScratchX® uses diminishing abrasive™ technology to safely and effectively remove fine scratches, swirls, and oxidation. As you work ScratchX into the surface of your vehicle, the abrasives diminish and your paint surface is polished to reveal brilliant color and clarity. Clear coat safe, ScratchX will not create new scratches and will not simply "cover" fine scratches as most conventional products do.
- Deep Crystal Carnauba WaxElegant, timeless, premium...Since its introduction, Meguiar's® Gold Class™ Liquid Wax has inspired automotive enthusiasts worldwide to pamper, condition and protect their treasured investments.
Our unique and proprietary blend of conditioners nourish and enrich paint to create clear, deep reflections and brilliant shine. Carnauba and polymer protecting agents reflect damaging UV rays, remove fine swirls, and create strong, long-lasting protection to preserve your finish.
Meguiar's Gold Class Liquid Wax is clear coat safe and simple to apply and remove. Our premium formula glides on and off smoothly so pampering your car is easy and enjoyable.
- Ultimate Quik DetailerIn order to “lock in” and protect the eye dazzling finish you created with Steps 1 and 2 of the Deep Crystal® System, you need to apply a protective coating that will enhance and extend the perfect finish created by Deep Crystal System Polish. Our Deep Crystal System Carnauba Wax delivers durable, long-lasting high gloss protection with superb water beading action. Apply with an Even-Coat Applicator and remove residue with a Supreme Shine® Microfiber for dazzling results.
- Smooth Surface Clay KitThe most advanced high bead and deep gloss spray detailer! Meguiar’s®, the company that brought car enthusiasts the world’s first spray detailer, now introduces a revolutionary mist and wipe product that works like a spray detailer and enhances wax protection. This totally unique formula represents a significant breakthrough in technology that has even our eyes popping! Through the use of new Hydrophobic Polymer Technology™, Meguiar’s has created a spray detailer that actually repels water, withstands multiple car washes, and adds additional protection to your finish. The secret lies in the high level of surface tension created when these revolutionary polymers react. The result is a slicker, darker surface and incredible water beading! You will feel your towel almost float across the surface. The gentle, high lubricity formula is safe on all paint types including the latest clear coats and can be used daily to remove loose contaminants, dust and grime to keep your car looking its absolute best. It’s so easy, you can detail a full size car in less than 10 minutes!
Includes 2 clay bars, Quik Wax, 4 Oz Cleaner Wax Sample, and 1 Microfiber Towel.
- Gold Class Trim Detailer
G1016 Smooth Surface Clay Kit. Removing above surface contaminants and restoring a smooth surface to your paint finish is easily accomplished with Meguiar's® Smooth Surface Clay Kit. Our non-abrasive clay bar safely, easily, and instantly removes paint overspray, fallout, environmental contaminants and more, making waxing easier and more durable. The Smooth Surface Clay Kit provides the best performance and the best value with a bonus Cleaner Wax sample and a full-sized Supreme Shine Microfiber in every kit.
- Hot Rims Aluminum Wheel CleanerInnovative technology pioneered by Meguiar’s® to instantly restore color and richness to faded and discolored trim and molding. Trims are protected so well that the “like new” appearance lasts for weeks, not days. Trim Detailer™ also helps remove unwanted contaminants and wax residue. Apply Trim Detailer with our High-Tech Applicator Pad for best results.
- Microfiber Wash MitHot Rims Aluminum Wheel Cleaner is the ultra-safe solution for cleaning uncoated aluminum. The specially designed formula is guaranteed safe for uncoated and polished aluminum wheels as well as anodized and powder-coated wheel surfaces – it’s even safe on all brake components. Our unique formula features Xtreme Cling™ foam technology that grabs vertical surfaces to deliver effective cleaning and gently remove brake dust and grime.
- Water Magnet Microfiber Drying TowelMeguiar’s extra thick Microfiber Wash Mitt is the ultimate choice for show car perfect finishes. The clear coat safe Microfiber lifts and traps dirt and grime for a brilliant, swirl-free finish. The comfort-fit cuff and soft inner lining make this wash mitt a pleasure to use.
- Soft Foam Applicator Pad (2 Pack)Meguiar’s ultra plush Water Magnet® reduces drying time with less wring-outs by absorbing up to two times the water of traditional terry towels. The extra large 22” x 30” waffle texture wrings out easily and leaves a spot-free finish.
- Even Coat™ Microfiber Applicator Pads (2 Pack)Meguiar’s Soft Foam applicator pad uses a tight cell, ultra soft foam for smooth application on all surfaces including leather, vinyl, and rubber.
- Supreme Shine® Microfiber Towel (3 Pack)Meguiar’s Even Coat™ microfiber applicator is the ultimate pad for swirl free, show car perfect results. Gentler than a foam pad, this applicator is ideal for ultra fine polishing and waxing. Its large, 5 inch surface area allows for faster polishing and waxing.
Meguiar’s Supreme Shine® is an incredibly plush microfiber towel for producing swirl free, mirrorlike results. The thick, deep dualsided microfiber pile absorbs two times more than traditional terry towels providing faster wipe off with less strokes.
I think there might be a bit more haha. Honestly it's a lot of money but no matter how many sexy mods I have it will look like shit if my paint isn't perfect. After all I should show off my paint job right? Right.

Thanks!
So I am going over everything that I need to do/fix to make the car perfect for April/May, this is more for personal reference than a topic.
- Rotate tires. (lol)
- Buy touch up paint, fix spots.
- Paint fender wells with dupli-color undercoating.
- Repaint strut tower braces.
- Clean up engine bay.
- Polish motor mounts and A/C lines.
- Remove giant NJ sticker. (Time to go..)
- Repaint black trim.
That's it for now / all I can think of on the spot..
It's times like this I hate my car.. but it will be worth it..

Woo! Gotta love spotanious purchases, but the deal was so good, couldn't pass it up! Injector cover!

Total spent: 35$
Also the bumper and lip will be ordered sometime this week, I'm hoping to get them put together and painted before I go away on vacation April 20th. I got my raise at work last week, and now I'm looking at 400$ paychecks, which is pretty sweet, considering I don't have ANY bills.
Also, I can't find the friggen emblem for the Chrysler Grille anywhere, am I really gonna have to spend 60$ at the dealer for one?

I like the injector cover... I'm not sure about the embroidery idea but everything else looks awesome.

All that silicone on the dash and whatnot does eat away slowly at the surface...which makes shit crack. I'll never use Armor All products, and I also have a hard time trusting those kinds of wipes from ANY makers.
BTW...that bezel is gonna look REAL good! I thought about getting one in the textillium (or whatever its called) carbon...that aluminum weave...but I decided not to.
