Hey all! I'm planning on getting a set of Tockiko blues soon to go with the Kazera springs I already have (1.5" drop). I already have a full Energy Suspension bushing set installed and the car has factory sways front + rear. My question is what set of aftermarket swaybars would best suit my setup? This car is my DD, sees occasional 1/4 mile duty, and I've no
Serious plans for any type of road racing honestly. I was looking at either Progress or Hotchkiss bars right now but are there any other brands that would suit me better? I know Eibach also sells a set but I want something that will give me a good ride and still be able to handle some high speed highway driving

.. What would you guys that have aftermnarket swaybars suggest?
Thanks

you could save some money buy going with an srt4 front bar and 01-02 ACR/RT rear (24mm and 19mm respectively) which would give it a great ride!

I agree but I would get the PT Cruiser front. I had this for my first setup and it works very well for the $$

I've got the Suspension Techniques Sway bars. They are a paired set with an adjustable rear for increasing or decreasing the amount of flex allowed. My only comparison for these is to stock which is pretty much a huge improvement.

I had the Hotchis(sp) sways, hp blues, and eibach springs with 225 tires. I LOVED it! Handled the dragon very nicely.`

The welfare setup isn't too expensive if you get the sways from a junkyard or something, and are a good upgrade over stock.
SRT sways are a good upgrade as well, and can be found pretty damn cheap at times.
Hotchski sways are the best money can buy and i'll be getting mine tomorrow with a full review.

I prefer the Progress setup. Solid 27mm Front and Adjustable 24mm rear.

Do let me know how they work out. I'm leaning towards either a Hotchkiss or full Progress setup since I want something adjustable (I like to tinker, what can I say?

) My stock non-R/T swaybars are what, 19mm front and back? Someone correct me here please. Also I know one set (hotchkiss?) is hollow where the other is solid, what's the major difference besides torsional rigidity and weight????

well in THEORY, it takes more to twist a hollow tube. then again this is theory. but i'm not an expert at all the numbers that go into figuring all that out. i still say i like my Hotchkis sways. the car is SUPER responsive
