Srt-4 wheels on a 05 sxt
they bolt right on ive gathered is there a way to fix my speedo being off? id rather not have this problem or will I? and how off will my speedo be if i do mount these rims on lets say stock srt-4 tires?

it aint off by much. wit my 205/40 on srt rims only changed da speedo by .01

Unless you put on shorter (205/40/17), the stock SRT tire size (205/50/17) is going to rub on your lower spring perches of your Neon struts. Another way to get around it is to swap to SRT struts which will allow for the taller SRT sized tires.
However, taller tires will cause your speedo to be off by 5.605% too slow. So when you're speedo says 56.8mph, you'll really be doing 60mph. When you're speedo shows 75.516mph, you'll be doing 80mph. Faster you go, the larger the gap is going to be.
