Got a question on outside appearance modifications. Questions about body kits, exterior lighting, just anything thats a visual mod on the "exterior" of the car. Ask those questions here.

Think of it this way...you are asking questions first, not attempting to install it and then asking "What is the best way to fill holes in my deck lid?" :D

Well, I haven't put mine on yet, but I know the '02 have cutouts on the underside of the deck lid where the nuts would go on. Not sure about the '00 deck lid though. If I were you, I would get some good pics of where the spoiler sits on the deck lid (measurements would be even better) and make a template for the bolt pattern of the spoiler, as well as the base of the spoiler where it touches the deck lid. Remember the adage...measure twice, cut once!

Snap a pic of the underside of your deck lid, may be able to tell if they are there. Mind you, they are just a general idea where you spoiler is going to go....

There's a tutorial for this I think. Ah yes, her she is. Written by our very own kc2002acr.

Don't forget to adjust your trunk spring for the extra weight of the heavy SRT spoiler.
