id look for a salvaged srt and just buy it and swap verything over...your stil lgonan have to replace the parts harnmed in the damage its just easier than peicing the car togehter like i did...mine was around 2500 for everything but a pain in the ass to find all the harnesses you need...make sure u get the pcm, kets and skim if ur gonan do a swap like this one otherwise the car will start and stall everytime...
SRT-4 Swap into the 02, CAI, unorthodox UDP, turbo xs RFL BOV, Boomba solid MM, 3" downpipe

There are a lot of places you can try. Ebay, ridesafely.com, etc. Just search around and you'll find a good deal. Be patient with it.boxcarfan wrote:freakin sweet....where did you find yours?
As far as the keys, if you don't get them from the donor, or you are just getting the engine/tranny, I'm pretty sure you can reprogram the skim for your key at the dealership.2002TuRboNeoN wrote:id look for a salvaged srt and just buy it and swap verything over...your stil lgonan have to replace the parts harnmed in the damage its just easier than peicing the car togehter like i did...mine was around 2500 for everything but a pain in the ass to find all the harnesses you need...make sure u get the pcm, kets and skim if ur gonan do a swap like this one otherwise the car will start and stall everytime...

You aren't reprogramming the SKIM to your keys, your reprogramming the PCM with your Neon VIN so it matches the SKIM thats already in the car.
I'd look for a whole car though if you can find one that doesn't have a ton of damage in the front. If you can find one for a decent price I personally think it's cheaper and easier since you'll more than likely have all the pieces so you don't have to hunt around little parts you may be missing just buying the engine and tranny. To me, I wouldn't do it again without a full donor car...
