Wide, stock looking rims?

Okay, I'm having a really hard time finding wheels that meet all of my requirements. I'm looking for:

5 Spoke
Diameter of 16"-18"
Width of 7.5"-8"
5x100 Bolt pattern
Stock from something, nothing fancy and expensive

I really like these wheels from the Jeep, but the bolt pattern is wrong:

I also like these very simple VW rims, but they are too thin @ 6":

As you can see I'm not looking for something "blingy" at all, just wide for traction. Please post any ideas.
