18 inches!

Post by Paul56 » Sun Mar 09, 2008 1:15 pm

...now that I have your attention.

From yesterday until early this morning our area has received 18 inches of fresh new snow to play in.

Getting out to the parking lot was a challenge where I discovered the Neon was literally buried. Most of the snow was over the hood and windshield area.

My timing was perfect as the snow removal crew had just showed up. They cleared the area behind the car so I was able to back out from under the pile up front. Parked somewhere else while they cleared out my spot.

Moved back to my spot with everything nicely cleaned off including the car... now everyone else is still snowed under... some with at least 12 inches of snow over their vehicles but they are all still huddled inside afraid to go out.

I love winter... really I do... and spring is coming. :cussing:

6:30am I cleared a path to pull out, when I got home the guy that helped me yesterday plowed me out again today while I was gone. We have atleast 2 feet in my front yard! thats not counting the drifted area's where my car is normally parked. Then I hear its supposed to hit 50deg tomorrow and for the rest of the week! damn WNY weather!

Suck it loozer.

You wouldn't have had a chance in what we got last night man, it was brutal. I pulled (actually pretty much dragged his ass) a Volvo V70 out of an alleyway. that was amusing.

I also pushed/pulled/dragged another 16 cars that got stuck last night. Good times.
