making a ghetto blaster

this may end up being a How-to but for now it'll be in here...

i started out with a plastic 1g intake mainfold. i cut the TB side off to leave about 9 1/2" runner length (measured from the top edge of the flange to the end of the runner).

little later today i'm going to get the main pipe ready. Going to hold the runners up to the pipe and trace around it then cut them out using a dremel. i'll update after i get me some lunch...

NOTE: When cutting Plastic with a dremel, i'm not sure if it cuts it or if it just melts it. either way, when you are cutting, the little pieces of really f*cking hot pieces of plastic go everywhere. I know this the hard way...a piece came off the cutting wheel and went up under the safety glasse i had on and landed about a 1/4" from my eye on the side of my nose. So now i have a 2nd degree burn on the side of my nose. and it hurts. a lot.

i'm getting ready to start "gluing" everything together.

but i realized that i may need to put some sensors in...i just don't know where...can anybody help me out?
