Bringing up an old post, so I didn't have to create a new one.
Just waxed my car today with some Meguiars, decided to take some picts cause its just the right thing to do.
And yes I need to get it lwoered, still. My srt-4 springs are collecting dust and I haven't had time to put those babies on. I am taking a suspension class next semester, so that should help a bunch.
I got the fuked up dent out on the bottom right side on my rear bumper. I just applied pressure and it popped out, its still there but like 80% better. Touch up paint works wonders.
I added a carbon fiber gas cover from carbonbydesign.com
Looking to get some carbon fiber eyelids some time this coming spring.

if you want to be 100% about the struts than you should go with srt springs. anything over 1" is alot for a stock strut over the entirety of its life. alot of people run eibach springs or intrax or whatever on stock struts but how long do they have them on for before the strut blows out... exactlyraul-01 wrote:I don't have money for new struts. I been told the best route to go if you want to keep your stock struts in good shape is to get the 1st gen r/t springs? I am planning on getting lowering springs and getting my windows tinted.

You got to do something with the exhaust, I hat to say it .. but the dual fart cans look better than a vibran without a kit. Chic found that out, and put a kit on her baby and it looks good, stock well it looks kinda out of place....

Can't agree with you more there. It does look out of place. But the comment on dual fart cans I do not agree with.(Take no offense dblsg) Dual fart cans, would look hideous without some kind of body kit. I am really not thinking about investing in a body kit. Too expensive to maintain. It would look nice though with one. The view from the back is great, sides=shit. I feel kind of lame driving around and having those big ass pipes hanging down low you know. I am also not really looking into spending anymore money on a different exhaust. I do feel like a made a mistake in buying the Vibrant, I didn't really research it and get pictures of it from the side...Regrets Regrets. Gotta be happy with what you got is all I can say. I am pretty much happy with what I got. Excuse my rambling. You got to do something with the exhaust, I hat to say it .. but the dual fart cans look better than a vibran without a kit. My brother is in town so I decided to take some pictures of his 89 Civic sIR. That hatch came off of an sIR in Japan. Thats a Greddy exhaust system with no cat. Its not loud out all. Has no rice sound what so ever.

This is the stick that came with the siR tranny. Japanese baby!

He told me these siR bucket seats are very hard to find.

Heres the b16a1 he had put in it. He is going to get some new headers soon.

This car is very light and fast, This baby redlines at 8.2k. A lot more shit he wants to get done to it, but just doesn't have the time nor the money. He's keeping it real.
