Were those monikers (Expresso and Highline) used on 2GNs? I thought that those were 1GN terms.

Yup, 1GN terms....
They were different model lines like the 2GN's SE/ES/SXT etc..etc...

Are you serious?? When i went to the dealer and bought my control arm they asked if it was a highline. then again its a plymouth and i went to the dodge dealer. but it should be the same terms shouldnt it??

I'm pretty sure those terms were exclusive to 1gns.

Two different packages. The one that doesn't have power locks or windows is the highline. LX had those features plus some others that I can't think of atm.

Think of it this way...

In the US, the "LX" was Plymouth's version of the Dodge "ES"

It got a little confusing on the "SE"...it was between the base and LX/ES. It turned into the SXT.

The R/T and ACR were Dodge models only.

Another thing that the Wiki didn't mention is the fact that there is a '06 Neon. It was sold in Mexico. The body code was P2.
If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...

Plymouth Neon Base models were Highlines in 2000 and 2001. The "high content" cars were LX's and then there were the RT cars

I guessing the SRT4 is considered a completely separate model from the Neon..
because the link says the ACRs were only 2001-2002...

but just saw a 2005 SRT-4 ACR version , in Orange blast, on a Dodge used car lot 2 blocks from my house.
Was that an actual issue? or was it customized?

Had the different wheels, had seats with the ACR logo on them..etc..

by the way, it was gone in a week... :banghead:

Yep they made a thousand or so SRT-4 ACRs in 2005.

They had a Tokico adjustable suspension, different seats, lighter 16" wheels, etc
