SWAPPED "NO START" ????

So the swap is complete and all works I guess. 2 Major problems.

1. The car won"t start ! no turn over, no clicking, nothing.
- all parts are from the SRT donor car except the dash harness
All key related parts are from the SRT, keyless entry works,
just no start.
2. When you hold the High Beam switch on for the headlights even
with the car off, the cluster and the car power up like the key
was turned on???????????????????

Couple things I want to add (im the owner of the car)

We used the srt-4 skim, cylinder, and stock pcm. We also tried a stage 1 pcm that has my srt-4 vin in it and it will not crank over.

What year did the motor come out of and what year is the Neon that it's going into? Sounds like some wires have been crossed. When you moved the wire on the engine harness for the turn signal, did you move the right one?

How is your battery? If it was sitting for a while I would try putting a charger on it. Obviously there are some electrical issues but there shouldnt have been any changes made to the starter circuit. I hate to state obvious things but more often than not its what they end up being. Check that you are getting power to the starter if your battery is fine if neither are the issue come back and we'll go from there

We fixed the problem. We had a melted plug in the dash harness by the steering wheel. Also there was a bunch of wires spliced in for a remote start from the previous owner. We got it started today! It should be done by Friday

Anyone have the parft number for an srt-4 radiator harness?

Thanks for that part number. The dealer cant get it in for a couple days so im stuck. We dont have the r/t plug either. Do you think I should go to a junkyard, grab a reg neon harness and try to modify it for the next few days? I really need this swap done by Friday so im hoping this could work.

im having the same trouble with mine except no clicking nothing then sometimes it sounds like the starter clicks then it goes away...the odd thing is none of the turn signals work but the lights are always on...lmk ill double and triple check every wire any idea...skim, pcm and keys all match.. i also would like to know where the clutch interlock switch goes i can find a spot for one but the other has a rubber piece in the hole, theres 2 pushbutton switches if any1 has a pic that would be greatly appreciated lmk take a pic of the clutch pedal with the switches
