16s or 17s.

i want the wheels to fill the wells nicely but at the same time i don't want too much or too little tire... can anyone post some pics of different 16 and 17 inch wheels on neons pls? searching is doing nothing for me.

on a neon without SRT struts or Coilovers; 16s are best because it will allow you to put more tire under the car.

I saw those 15 Rota Slipstreams TheNumberOneD has and fell in love. You should get those.

Totally with you on that. The 15's look funny on his car because the tires are HUGE. More function though I guess.

If it was me I wouldn't go higher than 16 and even then I'd save the money up for some forged wheels. They would be lighter than your stock wheels instead of much heavier.

Since it sounds like you are going for performance with coilovers you should note that putting noticeably heavier wheels on has a few disadvantages.

16" slips would be ideal budget buy. If you have the $$$ the 16" SSR Type C, Enkei RPF1, or Motegi Traklite

16" rims ftw!

if i did it over again, probably would have gotten a 16" rim.

16" is the best of both worlds, still have meaty tires, and still have the looks of a larger rim.

17"s in my opinion are too big for the neon, SRT or not.
