PhotoShop Request, Please take your time

Ok... I am really struggling with wanting to do a great black & red theme.

So, here is my request:

Could someone photoshop a set of Silver and then Black 16" Flik FTD's. http://edgeracing.com/2004/Dodge/Neon/wheels/16/

Pics I would like to use:

If Possible, could you also:

-Tint the Windows
-Black SXT logo on the Mopar Lip kit. (preferably on the side lip kit, at the back near the wheel well.)
-maybe a black stripe along the top side of the car.
