I use Street Glow in and under my car. They work really well.

I got mine for $100 at Advance Auto Parts. They come with four tubes. Two short ones for the front and back and two long ones for the sides. I ordered a third short one to throw in my grill. Here's a pic of my car:

If you decide to get another short tube for the grill and your not using LED's i would recommend getting a short LED tube and mounting it in the front. I had a regular neon tube in the front and I broke and replaced it twice because I kept hitting those cement parking things. I got fed up with fixing it and bought and LED tube. Problem solved.
