So what I'm seeing is, with 2003+ Neons that aren't SRT4s, if you change the hood and the front bumper you're still going to have a gap? Or tribal, is that because you've not only got an SRT4 hood, but a CF SRT4 hood?

Stock SRT4s have a gap between the bumper and hood....not as bad as a 2gn bumper with srt hood, but about 1/4 gap at least anyway.
some c/f manufactures have compensated for that and made a slightly longer hood and fixed the issue

I have a 02 R/T with a FiberImages CF SRT hood and i don't notice a gap that big
