Ive had my neon for a few years, without doing anything to it except buying some wheels. I think its about time to spruce up my neon a little bit. Its gonna be a long journey since im about to go to college and dont have much money, but it'll be fun.

I took off that crappy red pinstripe, Itll be replaced soon.

Slotted/drilled rotors and performance pads.

Looks great. Great mods planned too. I would definetly suggest some R/T side skirts over anything, they definetly change the look of the car and get rid of that "roundess" on the lower section of the car. shave your side moldings also!

wouldnt I need front and rear bumpers too?

I would shave my moldings, but i dont want there to be a bunch of fading..... like my pinstripe left.

no, the r/t skirts look great if theirs no lips on the front and rear!

you should try to take one piece of molding off, just to see the damage, and if its not bad, go all the way..

yeah dude! and if it's minimal fade, some wax and blending in the sunlight will take care of that.

So I installed the new lowering springs (it turned into a 10 and a half hour project). It looks much better now. Vinyl should be here soon and ill update when I it on. CUDA STRIPES FTW!

I just snapped a few pics today, my car is filthy, but I didnt wash it because some dumbass let his car roll into mine in the school parking lot this morning!!! kids, always put your car in gear and pull up your e-brake. Better pics to come soon. Click them to make larger!!!

Scratches and chips on the back bumper arent noticable. But the guy that hit me will be fixing it soon. lol.

and btw, side moldings are staying on, no choice

Tint (woohoo)

Looks awesome, still a little high up front though... what springs did you go with? Did you get new struts too?

well, after seeing rmc03 with his Tenrai springs, I decided to try them out on my stock struts. I plan to buy some aftermarket struts and Teins in the future, but i got these at a steal basically. Ive had them on for 1 day and they actually ride pretty decent, they are supposed to settle down a little in the front but we will have to see.

how ironic, in a few months i'll be selling my tein S-techs (2" drop) and KYB GR2 struts, if you'd like. i'm gonna upgrade to coilovers.

Can't really see the slotted rotors behind those multispoke wheels.
Get on the groupbuy in the vendor groupbuy section. BlackRoseRacing is selling HID plug and play kits for a decent price!

Damn, what a drop can do... Neons look SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much better with a drop.

thanks Kevo, the spoiler has grown on me, but the paint it stripping off the back of it. I guess its all that SPEED! haha, jk. I wish I could find another one. 1GN surfboard spoilers FTW!
