A friend actually sold those rims to him and then severly regretted it afterwards because of how amazing they look on spaceman's neon. I've always liked his 2gn. Spaceman and Diablo occasionaly make me wish I had gone that route instead of the kitted route. But I love my car so it's ok.

Yeah, it's hard to see the car in that lighting. BUT it is a sweet ride. If we had to vote for one or the other in the NEW 2gn Neon of the Month! (free plug) ..... I would vote for Jason's.

Notice the excellent chipping clearcoat on my RD hood. Its also fading too. If it cant be recleared, im probably going with either a CBD or Fiber Images hood.

Ahh yes... the AWESOME RD CF Hood quality. So far cliff... the best hood I've found and seen for quality is the Kaminari. Compared to my Fiber Images trunk the Kaminari is much better.

yah, i saw the pics of your kaminari and i must say theirs is very impressive, but arent they about $600-700? If my Carbon by Design trunklid is as good of quality as ive heard, then id like to get a hood by them but i dont think they make an oem-style hood.

As for the eyelids, i have no clue what my secret is. I installed them correctly? I just made sure they lined up as perfect as i could get them. They're the ones from revmotorsports, I got them from a guy on srtforums. I didnt realize how faded my RD hood was untill i got my eyelids on. Makes me sad :(

Yay. get the CBD trunk and have a shop add more clear to it as soon as you get it. Then put it on. Yay!

My new projekt left the "clean, lip kitted Neon stage" and now has a kit on it. Sad day... :(

No more JDM Neon.

I like the solid red tails and bronze rims better. Nice, clean looking car. As soon as I saw the clear coat chips, I instantly knew it was an RD hood. My RD Turbo hood looks even worse after two years of abuse. Sadly, it (as well as my bumper and fenders) has been crushed by the poor driver of a Dodge Ram and is going in the garbage. I'm debating which hood to get now...
