My Skittle's tear-down thread. (56k.. nogo)

Since this is becoming like a lil party tomorrow. thought i'd post some process pics of the tear down of that attention whore of a skittle.. er... Neon. lol

Many thanks ahead of time to any and all that help out. even if you only pick up one piece of glass or remove one bolt.

Day 1.

got it back from Geico...
two of my buddies from MDStreetScene came out to help begin taking things apart.


worst part. ugh. glass everywhere!
he didnt seem to care tho... bled all over the car more than I did in the accident lol

I fed them mini doughnuts... while they found MORE bolts holding on the rear bumper

Day 2 - 4.10.08

after work I decided to see what I could do on my own without getting into too much. I wanted to take the carpet and headliner out... but I cant get the carpet out without taking out the seatbelts... and there are two screws that REFUSE to come out of the headliner.. so its stuck.
i'm slightly irked cause I need to redye it for the person that wants to buy it.

starting to take off the front bumper. took longer that you'd think. so many lil bolts STILL attached. lol


I had a friend tell me they didnt think I was doing any of the work on it...
that's the only proof I have. Oh yeah and I found my 10mm! lol


theres so much random crap in the bottom of it. I think it's my other headlight lol

least I wish we were. but we are cutting it up and just bringing it to the scrap yard in a trailer.

yeah, it sucks. I hate to see anyones car like that if they put some work into it. It's a little depressing.

Trinity: Be sure to remove everything you painted, even if they are a little scratched, you can repaint them and sell them for a few bucks.
