so... fog light cover issue... lol

Post by Liz » Thu Apr 17, 2008 1:53 pm

about a month ago, i was driving hit a pot hole and felt me hit something, i was more worried about my tires than anything and luckily it was right before my driveway. so when i parked i walked out and looked to see what i had hit. well it was my fog light cover which happens to be glass, which i didn't know, i thought all my neon was a big plastic pile. sooooo i then sit there trying to figure out how on earth i get the cover back on. do you just caulk it or something. i'm not sure what to do. feel like an idiot but its cool! :tardbang:

Best bet would be to go get a new fog light from the junkyard. I guess you could glue it into place with something probally window ureathane.

High temp silicone would be the best if you can find it, but clear window silicone should work just fine. You can get it at home depot in the paint department.
