16" wheels on 2000 neon

can i get some 16" wheels on my 2000 neon without having to do anything xtra like spacers or longer lugs? if so...does anyone know the maximum tire size i could use with the 16s?

u would need a rim with like a 42mm offset which is pretty common from expierence and tire size
195/50-16, 215/45-16 & 225/45-16
205/45R16
those are juss sizes i was recomended

195/50/R16 is the stock size for the 01-02 R/T. So they will fit no problem on your neon.
