I could be wrong but it looks like the difference between the two is the ebay one is the actual door whereas the carbon by design is just a cover that lays over the stock fuel door.

the one from carbon by designs is just a cover for the stock door, i have it on my car.

the one one ebay is the actual repelacement door and everything. thats what i wanted in the first place, i even spoke w/ a guy from ebay about it, and he kept saying he would have one made for me, but never saw it so i went w/ the one from carbon by designs instead.

I also have the stick on cover from CBD and love it. A full replacement would be much nicer but when I looked into it on Ebay I was told it was made to order and would take a few months to recieve, yet payment was to be sent upon the end of the auction. I'll stick with the cover for now.

You are looking at a custom 00-05 Dodge Neon Fuel Door that has been enhanced with Real, 3k 2X2 twill Carbon Fiber

To me... that sounds like a stock door was used an it was "enhanced" with the CBD CF cover.

loooks kinda dif. from the CBD cover, so maybe they just custom laid the cf over it theirselves...someone buy it and let us know! HAHA

That ebay one is just a stock black fuel door with a c/f cover. I'll stick with my stock fuel door. I think fuel doors that don't match the car look tacky.
