Front End Swap

does anyone know if its possible to swap out the older 2000 Neon front end, into a newer style front end, so my headlights are all in one ?!?!?

its a 2000 plymouth neon..wanting to go into the first year they joined the head lights together, what ever year that may have been

The '00-'01 non R/T &ACR bumpers are the same. The '02 non R/T bumpers look like the '01-'02 R/T & ACR bumpers, but without the lip.
