I'd say custom fit it where the headunit normally is, wire the power on the cig lighter 12v(with the converter and all, there's a how-to for a cellphone)
Then I say mount your aftermarket headunit where the disk changer is and plug the necessary audio wire from the PSP onto the HU. That way you can still play CDs have the radio and shit.
If I had the skills, time and PSP to get it done, that's how i'd do it.

the wiring isnt difficult at all, infact its really simple. your biggest problem is how are you gonna put the PSP there flat that way it dosent look bad AND not have it floping arround and falling off when you hit the gas or brake hard. there isnt a dodge kit with a hole that will come close so your gonna have to modify one and cut tabs that will lock the PSP, but then your gonna have to make a backing with ABS or else its just gonna fall into the dash, so your gonna have to be really good at fusing plastics. otherwise your gonna have to make a complete custom fibreglass piece.
moding the dash kit would be the easiest way to go and im pretty sure i can make a piece out of a dash kit and some ABS, it wouldnt be all that difficult really now that i think about it. the only problem i see with this tho is eventually the tabs that will hold the psp in place after a while will rub probally away leaving the PSP free to flop into the car under hard acceleration
