I just Joined

Hey everyone.. I just joined this today.. Here's a little somethin bout me. Im still in highschool, I've had my car for almost exactly a year, im in sports all 4 seasons, and when im not playing i like to work. Here's a little something bout my car.. It's a 2000 plymouth neon LX. Its currently bronze with 2 minor dents from when i bought it. I've put on about 15000 miles, bringing my total to just over 80,000. Last fall i bought a 1000 watt subwoofer system for it along with a cd faceplate. This summer i plan on upgrading its looks, power, and MPG rating. I get shit sometimes for driving a neon, but yet when a group goes somewhere im always driving cuz i get high 20's to the gallon.

Heres a few things i plan on buying for my car this summer, keeping in mind i want my main colors blue, black, and chrome:

1. A rear spoiler, found one fit for a dodge neon but i think i can throw it on mine.
2. Paint Job... a glossy jet black
3. Air Intake system
4. Blue headlights
5. Blue windshield wiper lights
6. Dual Exhaust
7. Underglow Kit
8. Inside glow kit
9. Window tint
10. Chrome Tail Lights
11. Seat and steering wheel covers
12. Blue knob covers
13. Floor mats

and eventually get new wheels and rims for the winter... i live in wisconsin.

I don't know that much about cars, or for that matter which parts do what. So if you have any suggestions for parts or brands i would like that.. I'll be uploading pictures of my car on to my profile later tonight.

Welcome home.... lol. Sounds like you have some good plans for your car. Look around the site youll find alot of informative stuff. Helped me alot and i was already car savvy.
