incorrect date/time, cannot view recent posts

11:26am EST

i am constantly having to hit refresh as soon as i enter a different section of the forum... same thing with pm's.... it said 2 new messages so i click, but i have no new messages that appear until i hit refresh

the date/time appeared as my last visit (thursday 21st), it wouldnt allow to view anything more recent until id hit refresh

Try clearing your browsers Tempory Internet Files and try again. It sounds like your browser is loading it's cached version of the forum off your computer from your last visit and not the new information from the server.

Also... you may want to check a setting in IE that tells it when to check for new versions of websites.
Open IE > Tools > Internet Options > In the General Tab click the settings button in the Tempory Internet Files section > Make sure "Automatically" is selected for "Check for newer versions of stored web pages:"

it is already set to 'automatic'
