rubbing tire

i just got some new tires and rims and the rear tires are rubbing

they're rubbing on the bar in the pics. i ordered some 3mm wheels spacers from modern, i was planning on getting some tokico struts this summer do you think i will have any problems running those struts
the tires are 205/55/15

what is the offset of your rims? I was running 205/55 on stock rims and no issues. I now have the same tires mounted on ROta slipstreams but the offset is 35mm so they are a little further out.
