i found the first thing i dont like on your car.

your fuel injector cover.

it just, doesnt look right and/or flow with your whole set up.

also, you should polish you IM. it would look sick with your intake.

At carlisle if you were looking for him, he was most likely waxing his car. Atleast everytime I turned around he was.

I hear you on the electrical tape. Just cut smaller pieces and wrap them nice and tight and you should be good to go. Better than the rainbow though it might be a PIA to execute. I wax my car way too often too....and I seal it even more often.

So I'm home and bored.

Did a list of all my mods and how much everything cost.

Since ownership on May 13, 2008, I spent roughly 9,397 on modifications. This does not include gas, payments, or insurance.

That's more than I bought the car for.

I pooped.

there is a logical limit on how much i'm spending on modding my non. There is a point in somone ones live. Where family takes a priority. and it makes since just to buy a great car and add simple but yet great mods to a car.

Enjoy your youth while you still can once your married have a kid. a house payment's will take priority. Still your car is great looking.

p.s. Next car still getting a SRT-4 for myself. and wife will be getting a new lexus this year. Not selling my old neon still a great car srt-4 will be my weekend car.

only 9k??? you're just getting started!

seriously though. it's money well spent. you're car looks great and it's not like you've spent money on things only to replace it. you seem to stick to your guns and it saves you money, and it works. keep modding bro!

Ahh, you did the ole 'sit down and add all this shit up' move. You will hate yourself a little more every time you do that. Thus...I have stopped.

I honestly wish that's all I spent on modifications. Since December I've spent over 15,000 dollars in mods. My total in my excel spread sheet would make you sick.

So that + the purchase price is $18,097.

Any regrets?

Eh, not really. Because when it comes down to it, when I buoght the car in may 08, I was making over 2 dollars less than I am now, so the most I was willing to spend on a car was 10K. If it was anything over that I would have been stuck paying off the car after I graduate, which really isn't part of the plan.. this car will be payed off in another year and 1/2, before I graduate.

This was also before the economy went to shit and cars got cheap. With larger car payments I wouldn't be able to mod. Then I wouldn't be happy. :(

Wow. Epic fail.

Just realized I never accounted the clutch, flywheel, and install into my list.

That's another 1200....
So that would be what,... 10,500?

DERP.
