well got the police report... apparently it says that I passed the other guy and some how managed to rear-end him....... even my insurance guy was laughing at it b/c the way it was phrased is literally IMPOSSIBLE.... freakin hilarious.... anyways the police report kinda f**ked me pretty bad, but i spoke with a police officer and they let me make a written statement.... let me tell you guys I write pretty small... so compared to the average persons handwriting I prolly fit about two full pages of writing on one page and made it sound very sophisticated... all b/c I'm a well educated college student... so anyways... we'll see what the other ass hole writes if anything and then we'll go from there.. if we need to goto court we will.... and if I win ill make sure I get full effin' restitution as well as lawyer fees and if I'm lucky I'll get myself triple damages... b/c what he did could be considered aggravated assault if there was a witness to it I'm sure that he would have been arrested that night... but w/e gotta love not having anyone around... just my luck....

well thought i'd give some updates and some more pics, as I pulled the fender and bumper off.... :-\ effin' suckkkkkkkkkksssss btw I checked the wheel out more carefully and it might actually be slightly bent which means I now have to check the LCA and all that BS... I am so f**king pissed off its not even funny

Its real depressing b/c I cant afford to make an insurance claim and it wouldn't matter if I did b/c I dont have collision so nothing would be covered... I hate this shit....

Just read the story. That's fucking bullshit dude. I would've fuckin flipped on the guy on the spot man, especially me being a Marine with some anger issues (I get mad road rage, but not to the point to do what the Benz driver did) there would've been some crazy yelling. You're car was looking nice man... I fear for something stupid to happen to my car. I mean shit, for example, I was at the store and the window that I could see out of when I was at the cashier showed the parking lot and my car was right there. I didn't see how the guy set my alarm off, but this guy climbed in his truck (who was parked next to me) as my car alarm went off. I immediately took down his plates just in case. No damage that I seen, but yea...

Let us know if the shit gets taken to court cause by the sounds of it, you'll win. Hope to see the car getting repaired soon!

Looks like you need an upper radiator support and frame rail at the least. Not to mention fender, etc. You can get most of it a j-yard cheap.

ummm the stock rims are ummm stock 15" steelies... got rims on her right now... and i took a look the rim IS actually bent... looks like just the lip so its possibly fixable.... so depressing...

If you need any help with writing statements, I'll try to contribute, proofread, etc. lol. Shit like this pisses me off because I have a couple of friends that have about the similar crappy events.

I have 2 chase loans out right now... but they are actually for school hah. You'll like them. The interest rates are good. But you might want to check their Terms and Services, they might be mad that your spending student loans on a car..

Well considering I commute to school everyday so I am pretty sure that any school related fees are what it covers, thus fixing my car and making it work so I can get to school is ok according to their terms... at least thats the way it looks. I just hate owing money but I am in a real tight spot b/c of all of this, b/c now the asshole that caused the accident is claiming that he is hurt now... so we'll see what happens now... I really hope he gets arrested for insurance fraud b/c there is no way in hell my lil neon could have caused any kind of harm specially from the angle of impact and also considering the fact that he was walking around that night like nothing was wrong. He even said to the officers when they asked if anyone was injured, "No I'm fine."

And thanks fuzzy I will prolly need help here and there so i appriciate the offer, as I might need to take you up on it
