What are those made out of to be hit that hard?

Polycarbonate, really sturdy stuff. The sabers are machined pieces that screw together to make what ever kinda hilt you want. I use lux 3 and lux5 watt leds in the hilt.

I absolutely love doing this, it gets me some good exercise and I just feel so alive when I make a kill shot. I love it...

I guess starwars was the only thing that could get him motivated... then he sat down infront of his computer for 3 months finishing that video...
