I went with sleepy...I don't really know why either
On a side note, there is a guy here in VA who has two identical Civics. On 1 tag he has 1I1I1I1 and on the other I1I1I1I. In VA the 1 and the I are almost identical
The cops hate it!

lol Joe yeah I already had that. No, I don't know if I8URV8 is taken or not, but it isn't original, at least not as much as the I4 one
