I clay barred the entire car, which removed all of the larger imbedded particles, like bugs, and larger dirt specs. Then I used a 3M Glaze to remove some of the larger swirls and scratches. After that I used Sonax's NTS7 Paste Wax. It’s a mild abrasive that removes the finer swirls and also really creates a clean, smooth surface, and brightens the paint. Its got Carnauba in it, but I like to follow it with an extra coat of pure Carnauba Wax. I use Pinncale's Carnauba, I've found it looks the best, is the easiest to apply, and creates the best barrier. I only do it twice a year, after that I just renew the coat of Carnauba, and occasionally touch up trouble spots.
