SRT Track Day at The Glen

So, back in November my GF got me a a ticket for the SRT Track day at Watkins Glen. It was pretty amazing to drive the SRT cars around the track. No SRT-4's but I got to drive the Magnum, Charger, and 300 SRT-8 around the track along with the SRT-6 Crossfire. Only got to drive the Viper around a small coned course in the parking lot, but it was still pretty awesome to drive. They had three cameras in the cars you drove around the track, so afterwards, they send you a DVD of your runs with telemetry.

Waiting to pull into the Glen, these are all participant cars.

More participant cars, can you spot the car that made the wrong turn into the Glen?

theres one this weekend at summit point.....i just dont have $500 to pay for it. maybe next year i'll.

did you get any seat time in your srt?

Nah, they don't let you drive your own car around. Its a little disappointing, but I think it was cooler to drive all the SRT's I've never driven before. it was especially cool to drive them around a track like the Glen, with so much history behind it.

I totally wish I could attend one of these but I never seem to have the cash. That snakeskin green on the Viper is gorgeous.

The green was great in person, really stood out. Reminded me of some the great old Mopar colors.
