Newbie from Southern California

Post by sxbs » Sat May 31, 2008 9:10 pm

hello all, im just getting into this forum stuff and not quite sure about it, theres a lot of information but more down talking than anything. so hopefully some of my questions can be answered. will the ecm for the 03 mtx work for all 03 mtx, or do you need to buy a new one from a dealer? to hook up a tach i need to hook the green wire to which green stripe orange wire? any suggestions on the transmission mount being weak?

to all who have come before and will come after, thank you. i appreciate the input.

Whatever you do, don't cross the streams!!

Welcome.

Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the back of the car. Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you're going when you hit the wall, and torque is how far you drag the wall with you.

welcome. where exactly in so cal are you from? t
he 03 mtx ecu should work but if your trying to just wire a tach i think it might be easier to try and find a cluser with a tach thats close to your actual mileage.
