ok, i gonna try to be brief.....

the problem is when i turn the headlights on, the fog lights and the right turn signal light on the board get on.... ok and when i put the right turn signal on... the display is blinking to fast like the light is dide....

and the right headlight is lighting very down and the one on the left is fine is like someting is taking the energy......

the horn is not working and the wipers are on all the time... and i can't change the speed of those...

i chanche all the switches and i still have the same problem i dont know what to do.... please help me

Sounds like you may have a bad MFS swtich/connector, or a bad ground some where. Are the actual fog lights and turn signal working when the cluster is showing them? the horn shares the same ground as the right headlamps and turn signal. The wipers May also share that same ground, but I think it is just the washerpump. but the voltage could be feeding back to the MFS thoughthe washer pump circuit looking for ground.
