Your method fails....you used the wrong clear coat! No UV protectant and no gloss FTL! They're way too flat looking.

Your taillights are tinted darker than mine, but I actually like how mine have a flat look to it. I used UPOL Clear on mine, but didn't spray it on correctly.

spray niteshades, sand a little with high grit paper, spray with upol, sand with like 3000 grit paper, and polish.
IIRC.

Unlike myself, if you follow LSP's How-To you should have taillights just as glossy as hers. I think the main thing she hits on as far as the gloss level is making sure you get the UPOL Clear rattle can. It's also very inexpensive. I even had to special order mine from a store here and it came out to be around $20.

updates ordered solid motor mounts and 3"to 2.25 header collector for my new fast fabs header! gonna be taking tons of pics on install day and a video of how she sounds

You should go out and take better pics of the car so we can see the new wheels at their best AND so I can make you a new signature! No offense, but I think the old wheels looked like complete crap and I'm glad you finally got some better ones...MUCH better ones

quickslvrs exhaust installed still need to cut more of the lip to have it fit better then paint the lip section flat black.
