what hand cleaner do you use?

Post by jT » Wed Jun 25, 2008 1:05 pm

searched for 'hand cleaner' and nothing came up, so what do you all use to wash up after a hard days work on the messy engine/underside of your ride?

ive been using gojo (orange pumace kind) but i find that with it, and really any orange pumice cleaners, it takes at least a week until you actually get clean hands... heh.. good thing i dont work in a office or anything where my nasty hands would be unprofessional

i would like something better!!!!!!!!!

a guy i worked with had some industrial stuff that was awesome, but i forgot the name of it.. probably would not have been able to get any anyways but i wanted to look.. i think it started with a K but i should have wrote it down

I use regular dishwashing liquid. It always works good for me

Gojo with a follow up of lava/pumice bar

If that doesn't get it I hit the mineral spirits or diesel for the hard to get perma grime.

O yeah, Kerosene works well too.

Brake cleaner, carb cleaner, pretty much any flammable cleaner will work too.
