Who had the shittiest weekend?

Post by Hudson_Neon » Mon Jun 30, 2008 8:53 pm

ok so not this last weekend, but the weekend before blew big time...

Friday:
-busted balls at work for an hour after close in the non-A/C shop
-room mate was a total buzzkill cause she had a ton of shit to get done and didn't wanna drink
-i ended up wasted with a bunch of GUYS. not the funnest crew either

Saturday:
-woke up late. room mate was gone helping her boyfriend's brother move
-her and her boyfriend got back and we called a bunch of people over and threw a bitchin party.
-some douche bag called us in and the cops came
-i got away. but 3 out of the 20-25 people got underages
-cops left so we went inside and drank some more... just didn't do the trick

Sunday:
-room mate wakes me up. i'm hung over as shit
-we go outside, and the truck that we were using to listen to music with was trashed... holes punched in all 4 tires, seats all slashed, mirror ripped off windshield. this is a 2005 Chev. 1500
-we believe it's our neighbor who called us in and trashed the truck. he's currently being investigated for the damages. he's got a long history with the county :D
-me and a friend who works in another shop ran around hung over looking for used tires and got them on the truck
-went up to my parents aroud 9pm and dad was pissy. him and i got into an arguement, i tried to leave, he acted all big and shoved me back into the garage 3 times and after the third time i clocked him. he pussed out and called the cops. i had 5 people, including my mom, backing me up so the cops just talked to us and left.

Monday:
-called into work sick. still stressed from sunday night.
-room mate went to her summer class and when she's gone the landlord stops by with a note listing like 8 violations against us and saying that we're like an inch away from eviction.

that's all i can remember right now... there's more details to sunday, but for the sake of not filling a whole page i cut it down

now beat that :D

I'm with ya man. My mom who I haven't seen in about 2 years came into town from Colorado. She at ends with the rest of the family, so it makes for an incredibly awkward and awful situation. I never was able to get more than buzzed to deal with the situation, so that didn't help much. Then I met my grandpa's girlfriend....1.5yr after my grandma passed, was just strange.

However, the weekend redeemed itself for me; Slipstreams are on :-)

Sorry to hear about your shitty time though. Neighbors can sure be bitches. What happened to the days of exchanging baked goods?

yeah, 2 weekends ago my car got totaled, I got arrested (twice) and I'm now going to be about $45k in debt, paying for a car I can't drive, unable to afford another car or fix the gas guzzler I have now, I'll probably lose my motorcycle insurance (which isn't a bad thing since I'll probably have to sell the bike), and my parents will probably be sued, since i live with them and lawyers/insurance companys are smart like that, for homeowners insurance to cover 3 vehicles.

And I'm probably going to be filing bankruptcy at the age of 26.

And I have to wait at least 3 months (plus whatever jail time I may recieve if found guilty of some shit I'm innocent of.

I'm not aware of the exact circumstances here but...

Right about now if I was facing all this I'd be biting the bullet and at least consulting with a private investigator to see what the chances are on finding the tool that was driving your car.

I don't think I can beat Wenuden, but a couple weeks ago I wrecked my car, am still playing games with the insurance company to figure out the situation with my car, and also had to put my dog down.... This thread is depressing me :(

I don't even know what a weekend is anymore. I've been deployed in Afghanistan since March, will be home sometime late September (probably mid-October), it's at least 115 Fahrenheit everyday (dry heat, but still sucks), no a/c anywhere, no cold water, hot food (that's a given lol), I sleep during the day since I have night watch (wake up in a pool of my own sweat every "morning")...

So I guess you could say that my summer sucks lol. But eh, I'll be home with about $9,000 saved up, about half of which will be going into my car!! w00!! I'm pretty stoked about that :D

My poor sister in law just got back from Ireland with my brother, and she and him were taking a short trip home (they live in AL) and she found out on the day she left her Grandma died, then the next day her sister OD'd on drugs, and the next day she found out that she was on a ventilator, then the following day she finally got to talk to her sister and her sister said that my brother (her husband) told her that he did not love her and was just using her for her money... lies, but hurt her nonetheless.

My weekend however was fine, other than the Royals lost 2 of 3 to St. Louis (freakin Pujols).

Well after weeks and weeks of searching i found out this weekend that my favorite baseball team The Atlanta Braves will no longer be broadcasted on TBS so i can't get their games in anywhere. Sucks big time. Now i'm stuck watching the redsox with everyone else around here. at least it's not the yankees

I'm about to have the worst holiday weekend ever.

Not only do I work at my part-time job at a bookstore from Friday til Sunday, I have to help finish building a shed.

But at least there's the fireworks to look forward to.
