I still have these following codes showing up.
P0562 - System Voltage Low
P0700 - Transmission Control System (MIL Request)
P0755 - Shift Solenoid B Malfunction or 2/4 solenoid
P0850 - Park/Neutral switch input circuit
P0138 - Oxygen Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank1, Sensor2)
I checked all the positive feeds to the pcm and they are all getting the proper voltage.
I also finished all the rewiring

What wire Harness do you have in your car? Srt 4, pt or neon?Graphite SRT wrote:what did you connect the Red/White wire that feeds the pcm to. It is supposed to use a seperate connector on the ign. switch and have power in OFF-RUN-START. My igniton switch doesn't have that connector but i could get an ign switch that does if nessasary.
Connected the red and white wire #12 pin out on the Powertrain Control module c1 (black) pcm plug. The other end connects to the Ignition switch (BATT A81)
You might have to change yours ignition out. I used the Gt Cruiser one.

I see that the GT Cruiser has the extra connector on the ignition switch for the OFF-RUN-START. I just connected the extra red/white wire to a switch that i could manually do this until i get the cruiser ignition switch
I am using the SRT-4 wiring in the engine bay.
I went over both PCM pin outs and their is nothing that i left out.

OK, here is a list of the codes im still getting and ones that have been corrected
Still Getting:
P0562 - System Voltage Low
P0700 - Transmission Control System (MIL Request)
P0138 - Oxygen Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank1, Sensor2)
Corrected:
P0755 - Shift Solenoid B Malfunction or 2/4 solenoid
This code was corrected by getting a smaller bolt to hold down the solenoid pack connector under the TB. It was vibrating loose while driveing forcing it into limp mode ( 2nd gear only )
P0850 - Park/Neutral switch input circuit
This code was corrected with the help of chasneonsxt. The PT uses what originally was the lower clutch switch wire as the Park/Neutral wire. The PT pinout and neon diagrams i had did not show this being used. When i added it the code went away and now the shifter will work in "3" and "1".

no not yet, i am almost positive i need a new downstream 02 sensor but im too lazy to buy it especially when i won't even be using it once i get diablo sport trinitychasneonsxt wrote:Hey did you get this code fixed yet?

I also still have the low voltage code, i think i need a new battery.
PS- how can i get rid of this poll, it was set for 4 days to weeks ago and has yet to disappear...

Edit: im just gonna get my lip painted in the spring and gen some new projector fogs
help me decide......

wow......just wow.
these new fogs suck big time.
when i got them one had a cracked lense but i
wasnt concerned about that at first.
Since these pos fogs were designed up side down the projector had to be fliped.
when i had the projector split in half i notice how cheap the projector actually is. The "bowl" inside was all pitted and flaking apart.
when installed their is not enough adjustment to get them to aim up far enough.
I've had enough, the stock fogs are back in, they are brighter anyway.

the fogs still suck but i think i am going to find a way to use them. Once i took the halo out it gave me enough adjustment.
i just can't stand the chrome look of the stock fogs and with the halo removed on the projectors they are completly blacked out.
I love the wheels too, they are on now with 215/50/16 tires and they handle great and fill out the wheel wells much better.

haven't really updated this in a while..
Things that i have done:
03-05 R/T rims are on
SRT-4 Front brakes with driller and slotted/powdercoated rotors ( looks awesome)
What I'm up to now:
a best of both worlds exhaust....
Here is what it is from turbo back
turbo....stock 02 housing....catless 3 inch cutout downpipe w/electric cutout....94139 3 inch magnaflow cat....3 inch 14 inch long resonator/muffler....3 inch back to a magnaflow single in dual 2.5 out muffler....dual 3.5 resonated tips.
should be super quiet when the cutout is closed and loud as F with it open.
everything is stainless and is held together with stainless band clamps.
this all goes on this week and i will have sound clips!!!!

Just out of curiosity, Do you think it's possible to turbo the 2.0, use either the gt or neon harness, and plug it in to the gt PCM and expect it to work? I too am looking for an alternative to MS, and I'm wondering if I'd even need to swap in an SRT or GT motor, or if I can get away with turboing the 2.0.

the only alternative i could think of to MS would be to use the GT PCM ( if auto ) or the SRT-4 PCM if manual and then buy the diablo sport and have a complete CMR retune done VE and all as the fueling is going to be all differnet for the 2.0. you would not have to change the harness just add some/swap some pins around.
what would be great is if somehow someone could get the VE and all the other tables from the stock 2.0 PCM, then they could be pluged into the turbo PCM and made work very easily.
actually i think the AEM Fuel/Ignition Controller would be an easier option for someone turboing the 2.0 although id rather do the PCM swap as i like things to remain factory looking.
