fogs

Post by ragek23 » Fri Jul 04, 2008 5:48 pm

well i got a new fog and installed it, my right fog has been broken for some time. When i turned the fogs on they died an hour later, no light on the dash and they will not come on! All fuses are good, I am wondering if the switch in the steering column could be shot?

I wired mine to a seperate switch. My MFS is screwed. Two wires is all it took. Maybe you could go that route. Did you check the bulbs? i doubt thats it but might as well check

damn you lost all the power in the dash and it didn't blow a fuse? That's hella odd.

Either way, when your done fixing the problem wire them into the side markers and ground them off.

Check fuse 19 in the dash fusebox. If it's good then you probably have a fried MFS in which case you should check that out ASAP before you cause more damage.
