has anyone ordered directly from their site before on here i ordered from them on may 21st and still has it not even shipped from them here is my status summary since then.

i thought shipping out meant shiped but nooo... has anyone else encountered any problems with them of is this just me?

i ordered the kit from them no problems about a year ago. got it within 2 weeks. i know kornholio has as well

Yup. Got my sideskirts from them. No problems as well. Great company to deal with when I purchased. Shipped pretty quick and came without issues. Love the skirts too. Very durable. Good quality glass.

ive called three times no answer wrote 6 emails no reply i dont know what else to do its been a month and a half thats just rediculous

I ordered directly from them on a monday and received my kit in Michigan (I believe they are in Jacksonville, FL) on Thursday the same week.

Nah a few years ago.
