well i had da bumber for over a month now and i finally got time to start.
i bought da srt4 bumber from thrisnospork after he bought it and he didnt like da gap.
heres da victim
now here is my first two cuts

aaah, yea i was kinda asleep when i made this post. yea, ima have a test fit this weekend to c how it looks, if it looks good ima send it to the shop right away. ill get pics of the bumper on this weekend. and thrisnospork, yea about dam time i get started on this thing

From what I hear, You will have a gap where the bottom of your headlights meet the bumper. 03+ headlights slope farther down than 00-02 headlights IIRC.
just throwing that out there, someone else on this board has done it though. Too lazy to search for pic though.

da only thing i have done is cut for da turn signals. and on sunday im putting da bumper to c how it looks. and taking pics ofcourse for ya to c.

on witout headlights
i made a line where i need to cut in order for da turn signal to fit
just for looks

i already started cutting where i marked dat line, if i have time tuesday, ima put it on again. oh i had to take off da intake resonator cuz where da fog light would go, it was hitting

update
stock bumper

srt
and da gap problem dat jake_tim said is true. heres some pics
the hood isnt all da way down. plus part of the mesh grill was on the way so ima have to trim some off and now i need to fiberglass. either way i like how it looks so far. now who knows where i can get some and how hard is da process?

wow, that is worse than I thought it would be. Good luck with the fiberglassing. I'm thinking that you could make the headlights look semi-recessed by fiberglassing straight back and under the headlights, Ill try to explain what I mean in photoshop later.
Maybe you could ask EvilCreations or that guy with the blue SRT( I cant remember his name) what they did to make it work. Your gap looks worse that Evil's; but it could be the angle also.
