pics look very blah. what kind of camera are you using? Here is a pic I took of my car at carlisle, unedited. its a Canon SD870 IS. It's a simple "point and click", but takes very good photos.

Keep the tails.

Im using a Nikon Coolpix LE. just your standard 5.1mp 3x digital zoom cam... nothing fancy unfortunately... I want to upgrade though

The tails thing seems to be a 50/50 deal lol I like em though :)

I would like to be able to jump on the bandwagon and say you need a camera but thats not really the case. This picture was taken with the same camera you have, the only difference was the user used a tripod when he took the shot. Tripods are very important even with point and shoot cameras so the shot comes out crisp. Take the camera out of auto mode and try different things. Auto mode usually kills pictures, so do flashes on those types of cameras.

Anywho...this was taken with a Nikon Coolpix P5100:

I would like to get a better camera AND a tripod lol. Maybe I will buy one of those instead of some mods or an HDTV -_- I appreciate the input because when it comes to cars its the photographs I like :)

Any other suggestions? Oh, and btw LilSparkPlug, that SRT is meaner looking than the devil himself.... on the rag!!!

bdmski: Not personally but thats Joshie from SRTForums. Thats one of the shots I'm using for the SRT-4 calendar that I'm making over there.

Phasmatis: If you go with a new camera, pick up a Nikon D40 or something along those lines (Canol Rebel XT is another one but the D40 is easier to use and learn on). I got one for XMAS and that camera kicks ass :) I absolutely love it. And yes Joshie's SRT is bad ass.

Dropping methods, what would you all prefer for a daily? In my past experiences, a nice set of springs/shocks are pretty gnarly for a DD.

Cheapest way to do it is Eibach Prokit springs. That's what I have.

i have hotchkis springs, titan motorsports sells them for 142.20+shipping and the drop is perfect in my opinion....1" front, 1.75" rear, higher spring rates, but not bouncey....i love em

I have the Mopars...took 100k for a strut to blow (due to a terrible road condition two weeks ago). Everyone I know with Teins has blown LCA bushings. People I know with Eibachs ended up with blown struts much sooner than anything else. I like the way the Mopars sit and they ride as close to stock as you can get.

Yeah the teins are very low which fucks with the geometry and very soft way too soft for the lowness add these together you get lots of premature wear on the bushings and struts

The eibachs are a little stiffer but still too low. You can only go about 1" safely with the limited suspension travel neons have before you need coilovers
