so im not well known around here but here it goes.... my names kyle and i used to have a 00 neon atx and sold it cause i wanted to settle down on the cars but then i had a chance to get a 01 neon for 2 old subs and amp i had liein around. catch yeh the clutch was gone and motor had bad compression in 1 cylender. so i got the car put a junkyard clutch in it from the shop i work at we had a smashed one so i pulled the clutch out and put it in... now i have an issue with that but o well no biggy ill get it eventually and as far as the body goes well i had a friend who bought a smashed srt and bought a new hood and front bumper so i got his old ones for free that were smashed i just had to fix them... back bumper sides i got from a different friend who had rolled his car cheep but had to fix them..... i got 1 headlight outta each car and both tails outta the one my buddy rolled neways heres some pics as it sits now let me no what u think ..... i have lowereing springs for the car just not on

It looks awesome for an 01 i would have never guessed. great job fixing the bumpers too. maybe add some before and after and during pics as well. Did you ever get everything sorted out with the engine then?

yes and no i got the engine figured out motors good to go exhaust is good intake is good but it grinds in second and third inless i push the clutch in and let the revs drop to idle so i donno nemore... the tails have clear on them now and look alot better... and there will be some more pics up soon

From the pictures it doesn't look too bad but holy hell is that bumper screaming for an intercooler.

Your work looks pretty damned good though.

i wanna turbo it but moneys tight i have a 2 year old a wife a suv payment and just bought a tent trailor but i do have a turbo off a daytona and an extra header i could make a manifold out of and some other odds and ends all i really need is a intercooler and i could build a junkyard turbo to start then start up grading

well another day at the shop and when i left this is what i seen

theres a nice dent in the rear 1/4 thats now gone

the front bumper is almost finished and the primer is ready to be sanded now just gotta fix one sideskirt and its gonna be ready gotta put the stereo system in it too and hook up my tach and clean the interior but its coming along nicely

its polished metal mettalic and it will be soon all back together just gotta get another day or so to put the headlights and the fog lights in it gonna get some eye lids and then i gotta clean the interior and ill be driving it
