what should I do...

Got a question on outside appearance modifications. Questions about body kits, exterior lighting, just anything thats a visual mod on the "exterior" of the car. Ask those questions here.

Should I go with for new headlights styling???

Swap out for the MP black projectors with a style of eyelids

what should I do...

Post by NeonOn19s » Mon Jul 28, 2008 9:47 am

I have been tring to make a decision for the last month if I should go with a projector style headlight, or just get some eyelids to put my existing TYC headlights. ..... I guess I should do a poll question for this...
These are the two best pics that I have at this time.. If someone wants to photochop a eyelids on either the S-style or the other is fine by me..

I don't know if black projectors would work as well as the silver ones when using eyelids. Anyone have a pic of a black/slate car with that setup? I'd say go with the silver projectors so the eyelids show up better, but I voted the top choice.

That's good. You dont want your fender or tires getting ruined.

So 19's sounds like you are really loving the projectors idea.

I've been tossing it around for awhile... I was going to do the Retrofits, but I don't feel like spending 1200 bucks...

should I go with a carbon fiber style, fiberglass and color match, or vinyl????
Swordfish2Cowboy wrote: I still don't see why a lot of people don't like the silver projectors.
I think that the silver / chrome just won't look good with my paint. If I had a lighter color, then maybe..

Color match them, don't add CF in random places, to me it looks silly. I'm not a big unpainted CF fan. Get some shorties and paint em to match :)

I think the TYC's are very fitting for your car. But black projectors would be nice as well.
