Is the SRT-4 radiator bigger than a stock Neon one?

Yes. There is a thread here somewhere that compares them. IIRC it is pretty much a bolt in. It is larger in the fact that it is thicker, not wider or taller. There could be fitment issues with a non turbo IM, but I can't verify that. But one would assume that an SRT swap is in mind so that may not be an issue.

Diablo0 is running the Koyo rad in his car and it fits okay. I believe he had to do some modification to make it fit however.

Nope, the Koyo is a drop in and works like a champ. The SRT has a thicker core compared to the non-SRT. Overall dimensions though they're the 99.9% the same.
