Ok, so my car won't start. When you turn the key all you hear is a click. I can take out the relay and run a wire from the ignition switch to the starter solenoid and it cranks. I tested the continuity from the clutch switch to the pcm and the switch itself and all is good. So I believe that the pcm isn't sending the ok start signal. How do I tell if I need to replace it?

i had a similar problem....the only was i knew it was the pcm was because i had no codes when i pulled them and i also used a scan tool and it said everything was fine so i had it towed to the dealer and reflashed but to me it sounds like the car may be in theft mode......but im not 100% is the car skimed by chance?

The car is skimmed but I had the dealer flash it to my skim. And the only codes I am throwing deals with the NVLD, TIP, and O2.

wait 2hrs cause the car locks itself out for a while after so many bad starts. try swapping the relay first, it might be bad. do the common/cheaper things first. the first step is to 100% make sure that relay is good

The only thing I haven't done is try waiting to see if the vehicle locked itself out. Everything else I can think of I tried.
