SXT Owner Finally Getting Out Of Lurking Mode

Just wanted to pop in and say Howdy to ya'll.

I've read lot of great advice on here and seen some even cooler pics of some nice rides!

I'm just a country boy from West Virginia.

I drive a 02 SXT and my missus drives a 98 Expresso

I know, I know....

I need to get them cleaned up, so I can get some good pics.

Just seem to be working alot of hour and not enough time to be doing the important stuff, like washing and waxing the babies.

Here are some pics of it, form the ebay listing when I purchased it. Nabbed it for $3200, plus about $1200 in mechanics.

So far new:

Tires
Struts
Brakes
Rotors
Drums
Plugs
Wires
A/C, including two new aluminum hoses
Evap hose
Complete Tune UP

The only thing left to do is get the alingment done. That'll be on Tuesday.

Then I can start on getting the hood replaced and getting that one fender repaired.

I did get the other fog light and put that on and added some vent visors.

Anyhoo here are the pics.

Yeah, I was wondering about that. When I wax it, it looks like the rest of the car. Then after awhile, it fades out.

Does it happen to all other Neon's?

Thanks for the warm welcome!

Whoever owned this car before me, did not mechanically or cosmetically take very good care of it.

Although to their credit, the interior was perfect.

I thought that maybe it was left outside in the weather it's whole life, up until I bought it. Now it's garaged.

Forgot to mention that I did replace the one fog lamp unit. Ebay $40. Gotta love the bay!

BTW, who is making ya'lls sigges?
